Hey guys I am curious what yall eat and what you avoid eating or do you just don’t care that much about your diet?

I eat whatever the hell I want. But when I'm trying to cut down my body fat percentage, (in the case of that i reached my maximum muscle mass gain) I start to pay attention to what I eat so i count my calories. So basically, it's all about balance - enjoying the foods you love while being mindful of your goals.

Hello. I try to eat healthy things at least during the week....lol... (at the end of the week I exaggerate sometimes)....but I try to avoid eating too much sugar (for example in coffee), I avoid sausages, I avoid too much salt, etc. I also try to eat plenty of protein-rich foods.
