Same here, when I started training it took me about 3 months to build some muscles. I would definitely recommend the training because it gives you confidence.
Now I am training like 2 years and I am able to lift weights of 70-75 kg.
I hate it tbh but I still try to keep going 4 out of 7 days in a week and would recommend to anyone to push gym as much as possible because it really helps in many ways in life.
