• All completions will be done using Parsec (https://parsecgaming.com/).
• Your internet upload speed must be more than 5mb.
• All payments must be made before the service commences.
• While the service is in progress, you must not move your mouse or use your keyboard. Doing so may lead to a cancelled order without a refund.
• The customer will provide the gear/supplies required for the service.
• Please don't provide us your Bank PIN, we're not responsible for any loses if bank PIN was provided.
• If an attempt is failed, the customer will provide supplies for the subsequent attempt(s).
• We are not responsible for any bans or mutes during or after the service is completed.
• Inferno completions doesn't count towards the Boostify discount system!
• By opening a ticket you agree with our TOS.
