Terms & Refund - Return policy - We may at any time cancel the sale, thereupon providing a full reimbursement.
- We must receive the outright payment for the account to be delivered; encompassing network fees and our active gold rates (07gp - ask us!!) - You are responsible for proactively verifying that our network is supported prior to sending any crypto payment.
- Once an account is sold, we aren't responsible for any changes to "account status" unless agreed / stated otherwise.
- In the event of a refund, we may take up to 90 calendar days to issue the full amount.
- Customer qualifies for a refund may their product be objectively faulty.
- Customer qualifies for a refund may their product be inaccesible or avowed unrecoverable by us; up to 1 month after purchase. This applies only for the runescape account; getting your registered email locked or forgetting the password are not valid reasons to request a refund nor our assitance. - Customer qualifies for lifetime support for: account locks, ban appeals, email changes (if we kept the linked email), recovery form submissions. Within reason!!
*Aforementioned will take place only if customer complied verbatim with our instructions when purchasing.
Also required: - Write down every: email, password change & ip used on the account; as well as membership information: type, duration, zip code, country - state, month - year.
*We will need this information upon assisting with a recovery request. This isn't required for other requests!!
